Solar energy theoretically has the highest potential. Radiation received by Earth’s surface exceeds global energy demand thousandfold. Generating of such energy is harmless to environment, because it does not create emissions and waste, it is inexhaustible and free of charge. Solar energy technologies are reliable, because they do not depend on fuel price fluctuations.

Solar technologies are divided into:
— solar panels for generating electric power,
— solar collectors for obtaining thermal energy.

Use of solar energy is an excellent addition to regular power supply, because solar energy can be consumed at no charge, and installed equipment have very long service life
